The Isle Of Lewis Tiger Ebony Chess Set

This large chess set combines the legendary Isle of Lewis chess pieces with a beautiful tiger ebony and maple chess board. The chessmen are a very authentic reproduction of the original Isle of Lewis museum artefacts. These phenomenal British made chess pieces are brought to you by the National Museums of Scotland. They have been created from scientific laser scans of the original occupants of the museum. The Lewis figures have become legendary throughout the world due to their unclear history, steeped on Celtic and Nordic folklore.
