The 3.75 inch king is hand turned from a single piece of wood before being expertly finished. Each individual Bath Series chess piece is meticulously carved to create the famous Staunton lines. Within the parameters of this classic chess piece design, our partner craftsmen have created ornaments of the highest calibre. The knights, for example, are astonishing in their detail.
